Booking Information
- All event locations need to be scheduled with the building coordinator prior to booking with World Classics Catering.
- We request three weeks prior notice for food and beverage reservations; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your group with less notice if possible. If you are planning your event within two weeks, please call us for recommendations for menu to ensure the availability of the items desired.
- An estimated guest count is required when your event is booked or not later than one month prior to the event.
- A guaranteed count is required seven (7) business days prior to the event. Your bill is based on the guaranteed count plus any additions or the guaranteed count should your number decrease.
- All service agreements must be signed and returned to World Classics Catering with the required deposit before the event can be confirmed. The event may be canceled by World Classics Catering if the service agreement and/or the deposit has not been received by the required date.
- The purpose of the event and a description of the type of attendees (students, faculty, attorneys, etc.) will be required at the time of booking.
- Tax exempt organizations are required to submit a copy of their tax-exempt certificate prior to the event. State and local sales and meal taxes may apply to tax-exempt events.
- Normal service time for meals or receptions is two hours. Occasions which extend beyond this time will be charged $20.00 per server per hour, one hour minimum.
- Passed or Butlered Hors d’oeuvres are available for an additional fee of 20.00 per server per hour, one hour minimum.
- Special room set up will require an additional fee, which will be estimated at the time of booking.
- Clients and guests are not permitted to provide food or alcohol for an event; the only exception is wedding cakes.
- We will be happy to cut and serve your wedding cake for an additional fee of 1.00 per guest.
- For health and liability reasons, the removal of any unused food or beverage from the event by the client and/or guests is strictly prohibited.
