Beverages

World Classics Catering is a licensed ABC Caterer. The Alcoholic Beverage Control boards require proof of age for consumption of alcohol, even at a private event. Our staff will ask for identification if there is any question of age. Because we are concered about the safety and well-being of all our guests, we employ only trained, tips-certified bar staff. Alcoholic beverages will be served to your guests at the bartender's discretion.

OPEN BAR

The event sponsor will pay for all beverages consumed by his/her guests for a specific period of time; the cost to the host for premium liquor for an open bar is $10.00 per guest for the first hour and $5.00 per guest for each hour or portion of an hour thereafter.

With an open bar the host may also choose to control the cost by limiting the amount or the quality of the alcohol provided. For example, the host may choose to offer beer and wine only, or a full bar with "call" liquors only.

CASH BAR

A cash bar may also be provided at a private event: Each guest will pay for his/her beverages as they are consumed. However, a $100.00 bar set up fee will be charged to the host or sponsor should he/she decide to offer the cash bar. In addition, a fee of $15.00 per hour will be added to the set up fee for each bartender needed to service the event.
